WHAT DRIVES US
WE ARE HERE TO SET THE INDUSTRY STANDARD
With purpose, conviction, and a deep belief in what offshore wind can do for the world. Our values guide everything we do, from developing deep-water solutions suitable for industrial scale deployment to the way we work side-by-side with developers and suppliers worldwide. They’re not just written down. They show up in our work, our people, and the choices we make every day.
OUR VALUES
Driven
We’re powered by ideas and set-up to move fast. That momentum helps us deliver better solutions for developers, reduce project risk, and unlock the full potential of deep-water offshore wind.
We love what we do and we’re relentless in doing it better.
Authentic
No jargon. No spin. No smoke and mirrors.
Just a straight-talking team that says what it means and backs it with substance. We’re transparent, honest and unafraid to challenge the status quo – including our own thinking.
ELEGANT
Offshore wind is complex. Our job is to make it simpler.
That’s why everything we build, from technology to partnerships, is designed with clarity, usability and impact in mind. We believe elegant solutions beat complex ones. Every time.
ASSURED
We’ve put in the hours. We’ve done the hard miles. And we’ve tested, reworked and refined our platform solutions until we knew they were ready.
That rigour shows. We don’t guess. We know.
